PICK UP PARCEL SERVICES TERM & CONDITIONS

About Pickup Parcel Services

  • Ordered items will be prepare within 24 hours from the day of order is completed.
  • Parcel collection is only applicable on KL KWC MALL – Lot 17-21 E-commerce HQ office. MONDAY to SATURDAY (excluding Sunday , Public Holidays) from 11am – 5pm for pick up.
  • You or your representative required to provide proof of identity (Order No) upon the collection of parcels.
  • If you are not personally available to collect parcel, an authorized representative may collect on your behalf provided you had called customer service representative to update the information.
  • Order items will be forfeit if you do not collect the parcel within 14 days from the date of the order completed date .
  • No delivery charges apply for orders collected. However, we reserve the right to charge delivery fees for any other special arrangement of redelivery.
  • You may required to double check the items upon pickup.
  • PH FASHION only sells items in perfect condition, in the rare event of receiving a faulty item, please contact our CUSTOMER SERVICE for stock exchange within (7) working days.
  • You may request an exchange within SEVEN (7) working days via wechat / WhatApp / EMAIL with your order invoice details and provide photographic evidence of the damaged, faulty or incorrect goods received.
